The Varley Red Top 35 Battery (7065-0018 VRT35). The favoured choice of racing drivers for over 60 years! Light weight, maintenance free and with exceptionally high discharge capability. Recommended for racing cars up to 3.5 Litres using alternator. It’s a new 12V battery replacing the Varley Red Flash 750 Morgan battery and fills a gap in the range for a more cubic shape with a capacity of 28Ah.

The Varley Red Top 35 battery is the best quality motorsport battery available with 19 plates – there are other similar looking but inferior racing batteries on the market with only 13 plates.

Varley Red Top batteries can be fitted upright or on their side. They are designed to withstand extreme shock and vibration, will not leak if damaged and are the perfect racing battery for all Rally and Race applications.

Currently used by: Ginetta G40, G50, G55, Morgans.
