We are now able to offer these extremely light harnesses to our other customers. Combining Titanium tongues and release box components, aircraft grade Aluminium casings, lightened lightweight adjusters and lightweight webbing has enabled weight to be pared to the minimum whilst maintaining strength and integrity.

Silverstone Single Seater Harness

The Lightweight Silverstone Single Seater harness is being used by 3 Formula 1 teams for the 2009 season as well as in the IRL.

We are now able to offerSilverstone Single Seater Harness to our other customers. Combining Titanium tongues and release box components, aircraft grade Aluminium casings, lightened lightweight adjusters and lightweight webbing has enabled weight to be pared to the minimum whilst maintaining strength and integrity. The harness comes with 3″ (75mm) shoulder straps and 3″ (75mm) lap straps.

Some manufacturers give their standard harnesses names implying light weight – Willians call it the Lightweight Silverstone because it is.
Weighs just 1.09Kg (approximately) including mounting tongues and pinch plates. FIA approved
