We supply all manner of motorsport components and equipment, including everything you may need to run one car or a complete team. If you require a product that is not listed on our website then please contact us for assistance.
We make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible after your order has been processed. We aim to dispatch stock items within 1 working day from receiving your order.
Some items that are not stock items may have a longer lead time. This information will be clearly detailed within the product listing.
We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by you through delays in delivery. We will always aim to inform you of any known delays in delivery and the reasons for them as soon as possible.
We take great care in our packing, however if there are any signs of damage or if the package has been opened please check the item for completeness and for any damage. If you receive the parcel from the courier and it is noticeably damaged then please sign for it as ‘received with damage’. If you have any problems then please contact us for assistance.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a race team/constructor or tuning shop etc. – then please contact our sales team before placing your order. We are delighted to offer discounts to our genuine trade customers, and would relish the opportunity to discuss how we may be able to further assist you.
VAT for customers within the EU (non-UK):
If you are an EU (non-UK) VAT registered customer then VAT will automatically be added to your order via our online ordering system. Please call our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1449 721700 or email email@example.com with your registered VAT number and subject to approval, we can arrange the relevant refund for you.
VAT for customers outside of the EU
If you are a customer who is based outside of the EU (or if there is any other reason why you believe you should not be charged VAT) then please contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1449 721700 or email firstname.lastname@example.org who will be delighted to arrange your order without additional VAT – we can also advise bespoke shipping prices via courier to your address.
You have the right to return goods that are deemed unsuitable for refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt and subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
- Items must be returned in a resalable condition
- Items must be returned carriage paid
- Items must be returned complete with all packaging in good condition (if packaging is damaged or defaced additional charges may apply)
- You may not return any items that have been specially ordered, or manufactured to your specification
- All returns must be accompanied by a fully completed returns form
- We are unable to accept any responsibility for items which are returned to us and are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage as you may require this in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Before returning goods to us you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this please contact our customer service department. Once you have obtained this you can then download and complete a returns form to fill in and send back together with your item(s).
If you are purchasing from outside of the UK or EEC your shipment may incur additional import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination country. It is your responsibility to meet these additional charges for customs clearance. Customs charges vary widely from country to country – please contact your local customs office for more information. International shipments may sometimes be subject to inspections by customs authorities, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges as a result of these inspections.
We regret that we are unable to ship certain hazardous items outside of the UK via our normal courier services. In the event that you require components or equipment that are deemed hazardous (e.g. pressurised containers such as aerosols, paint, acid, wet batteries, air bag modules, seat belt tensioners etc.) please contact our sales team who will assist you and arrange a bespoke freight quotation.
We regularly ship hazardous goods in the UK and overseas by road, air and sea.
All hazardous goods carry a U.N. number which dictates how they must be packed and how they can be shipped. Please note that there are extra costs involved in packing and shipping hazardous goods which will be quoted after we have received your enquiry.
Examples of goods classed as hazardous are pressurised containers such as aerosols as well as paint, acid, wet batteries, air bag modules and seat belt tensioners.

Our chosen courier for UK based deliveries is FEDEX. Transit time is usually 1 - 2 working days and your package will need to be signed for upon arrival.
